Role Description The Freelance Part-Time Claude AI Trainer or Consultant will support learners and clients in understanding and effectively using Claude AI tools and related workflows. This part-time hybrid role is based in Amman, Jordan, with some tasks performed on-site and others completed remotely from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering short training sessions, creating concise learning materials and examples, and guiding learners through practical exercises using Claude AI. The role also involves answering questions, providing feedback on learner projects, recommending best practices for AI-assisted work, and collaborating with CVskills staff to improve training content and structure. The trainer or consultant will manage their schedule within agreed timeframes, maintain clear communication with learners, and document progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools (especially Claude AI), prompt design, and practical use cases for writing, research, analysis, and workflow support.
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or consulting, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language to learners with varied backgrounds.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage for working with local learners in Amman.
- Ability to plan and structure short training modules, create simple guides or examples, and adapt content based on learner needs and feedback.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including reliable internet access for remote sessions and willingness to conduct in-person meetings or classes in Amman, Jordan.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work independently, manage part-time freelance hours, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Prior experience with educational technology, online learning platforms, or professional training programs is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Education, Linguistics, Business, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience working with AI tools and training.
