We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Food & Beverage General Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across our restaurant or hospitality business.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the restaurant or hotel industry.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in a similar role within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
Extensive experience in managing food & beverage operations and overseeing multiple branches.
Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and profitability improvement.
Proven leadership skills in managing, developing, and motivating teams.
Ability to develop strategic plans, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and achieve business objectives.
Excellent planning, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food & beverage operations and ensure high standards of service and quality.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor operating costs, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable policies.
Evaluate branch and management performance and implement improvement plans.
Enhance customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.
