**FINANCE ACCOUNTANT – WEST CORNER

JOB SUMMARY
West Corner is looking for a Finance Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, records, payments, collections, taxes, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have experience with e-commerce accounting, Egyptian tax requirements, and electronic invoicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Record and organize daily sales, expenses, refunds, and payments.
• Reconcile Shopify, Noon, Amazon, Bosta, and bank/InstaPay transactions.
• Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and expense reports.
• Track refunds, exchanges, canceled orders, and returned orders.
• Review marketplace settlements and ensure amounts received match recorded sales.
• Maintain supplier and customer statements.
• Record and verify invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Prepare and follow up on Egyptian tax-related records and requirements.
• Manage and follow up on Egyptian electronic invoices (E-Invoices).
• Ensure invoices are properly issued, recorded, and documented according to Egyptian requirements.
• Monitor company cash flow and upcoming payments.
• Prepare monthly profit, expense, and sales summaries.
• Check commissions, shipping costs, marketplace fees, and other deductions.
• Coordinate with Operations, CRM, Warehouse, and Management teams.
• Maintain organized Excel/Google Sheets financial records.
• Report discrepancies, missing payments, or unusual transactions immediately.
• Prepare financial data required by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reconciliation.
• Practical experience with Egyptian taxes and tax procedures.
• Experience with Egyptian electronic invoicing (E-Invoice) is required.
• Experience with e-commerce or retail is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or Bosta is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
