Job Description
Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join its subsidiary, Durrat Al Riyadh Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.
The role is responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting effective financial management and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring effective cost management and financial planning.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and resolution of findings.
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and studies to support management decision-making.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as Finance Manager role.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
