Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of assigned sites. You will make sure buildings, assets and services run safely, and efficiently, in line with contract requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hard and soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control) across assigned sites
- Plan and oversee preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance programs
- Monitor subcontractor performance against contract scope, SLAs and KPIs
- Prepare and control site budgets, cost reports and procurement requests
- Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, Civil Defense regulations and company standards
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present them to management
- Lead, schedule and develop site supervisors, technicians and support staff
- Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical ) or Facilities Management
- Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS Office; strong budgeting and contract management skills
- Professional certification such as IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM or NEBOSH is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
