We are expanding into new international markets and looking for a driven, detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals, handle objections, and secure favorable terms for the company and clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to coordinate the timely delivery of products to international clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
