About the role
Based in Dubai Festival City, the Executive Assistant will play a key role supporting the CEO and General Manager, managing critical priorities and helping keep a fast-growing business running smoothly. You’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring leadership activities, meetings and communications are well coordinated, while building strong relationships across Roberts Co leadership, project teams and our parent company, Arada. This role will be critical in keeping the leadership team connected, organised and operating effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage two diaries, inboxes and competing priorities
- Coordinate leadership, board and committee meetings from planning through to delivery, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders, including Arada executives and clients
- Organise leadership events, offsites, site visits, and regional and international travel
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
- Manage expenses, invoices, approvals and general administrative processes
- Support onboarding, people-related activities and team coordination
- Drive improvements to systems, processes and ways of working
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About you
- 8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Construction, property or professional services experience, ideally in the UAE or GCC
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong Microsoft 365 and systems proficiency
- Professional, discreet and customer-focused approach
