Role Description The English Teacher and Co-Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. In this position, the educator will plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons, support bilingual learning, and collaborate closely with co-teachers to create a consistent and nurturing classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, guiding small and large group activities, observing and documenting children’s progress, and adapting instruction to individual needs. The role also involves maintaining open communication with families, contributing to classroom organization and safety, and participating in school meetings, training sessions, and events.
Qualifications
* Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience working with early childhood or primary-aged learners.
* Solid foundation in Education and Lesson Planning to design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
* Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
* Knowledge of child development and child psychology, ideally within Montessori or play-based learning environments.
* Ability to collaborate as part of a teaching team and support a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
* Relevant degree or diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in bilingual or language-rich settings and familiarity with classroom management strategies are beneficial.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all children.
