Role Description
We are seeking adaptable, dedicated English Instructors to join our academic team on a full-time or part-time basis. This position offers complete operational flexibility: a hybrid work model (remote and on-site options) alongside customizable shift arrangements (morning and night shifts available) to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across online and on-site formats, accommodating adult and young adult learners in diverse settings.
- Assess & Feedback: Evaluate student development continuously, offering constructive evaluations and detailed performance reports.
- Maintain Standards: Track attendance, log student progress, and utilize digital educational platforms alongside classroom resources to facilitate interactive learning.
- Academic Collaboration: Partner with our core curriculum team to refine instructional materials and teaching methodologies.
Candidate Qualifications
To support our academic excellence, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Teaching certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Teaching Expertise: Proven experience teaching English in online and/or classroom environments, with strong engagement skills.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional, clear, and accurate written and spoken English skills suitable for developing teaching materials and student assessments.
- Curriculum Alignment: Solid understanding of CEFR standards, lesson planning, and learner evaluation strategies.
- Technical & On-Site Readiness: Reliable internet access and hardware for remote shifts, along with the ability to teach on-site as scheduled.
- Schedule Adaptability: Openness to managing a flexible full-time or part-time schedule featuring daytime or evening shifts.
