Role Description The English Call Center, Medical Insurance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheikh Zayed City. In this role, team members handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical insurance inquiries, including benefits, claims, authorizations, and policy information. Daily responsibilities include providing clear information to customers, resolving issues, documenting interactions accurately, and following established procedures and compliance guidelines. The role involves collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet performance targets, maintain high service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction. Team members are expected to adhere to schedules, participate in training and coaching, and contribute to a positive and professional workplace environment.

- Candidates should possess strong English communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and effective written communication.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve problems, and maintain a courteous and professional tone.
- Candidates should possess English teaching or training skills useful for explaining complex concepts, procedures, and medical insurance terminology to customers.
- Candidates should possess translation skills that support understanding and conveying information accurately between English and other languages when needed.
- Candidates should possess general call center competencies, such as comfort with high call volumes, basic computer proficiency, and accurate data entry.
- Relevant experience in medical insurance, healthcare support, or contact center environments is beneficial.
