We're Hiring | Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation (Field Sales, Cairo)
Electric Technology is an authorized distributor of leading international brands: Siemens, Phoenix Contact, Rittal, Turck, Banner, SensoPart, and Werma.
We supply industrial automation and electrical solutions to factories across Egypt.
We're looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to own and grow key industrial accounts in Cairo and surrounding industrial zones. This role suits someone who already has a strong network of factories and decision-makers and wants world-class brands and full team support behind them.
What You'll Own
- Manage and grow a portfolio of factories, OEMs, panel builders, and end users in your territory.
-Build long-term relationships with plant managers, maintenance heads, engineering teams, and procurement.
- Win new accounts and turn inquiries into repeat business.
- Understand customers' technical needs and propose complete solutions across our brand portfolio (automation, connectivity, enclosures, sensors, signaling).
- Lead quotations, negotiations, and deal closing, with follow-through to delivery and after-sales support.
- Hit and exceed annual sales targets, and help shape the sales strategy for your region.
- Share market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new project opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Power Engineering.
- 5+ years of B2B field sales experience in industrial automation or electrical products.
- An established network of industrial customers in Greater Cairo (10th of Ramadan, Obour, 6th of October, etc.)
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid technical knowledge of PLCs, drives, control panels, sensors, and industrial components.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills; confident with senior decision-makers.
- Good English (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license.
