Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Payment Gateway Specialist to manage e-commerce payment operations, troubleshoot payment issues, and support payment gateway integrations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce and digital payment operations.
- Support and troubleshoot CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
- Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations, testing, and enhancements.
- Analyze API responses, error codes, transaction logs, and payment flows.
- Support 3D Secure (3DS), tokenization, recurring payments, and fraud management.
- Understand the complete card payment lifecycle – authorization, capture, settlement, refund, and reversal.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and secure payment-handling practices.
- Coordinate with merchants, banks, acquirers, PSPs, IT/development, and business teams.
- Support web/mobile checkout and high-volume online payment environments.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years in E-Commerce, Digital Payments, FinTech, or Payment Gateway Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CyberSource and MPGS.
- Strong knowledge of card payments, payment gateways, APIs, and online checkout.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and transaction logs.
- Coding knowledge in PHP, Java, or .NET.
- Understanding of EMV 3DS, tokenization, PCI DSS, and fraud/risk management.
- Experience working with banks, acquirers, merchants, and payment service providers.
