This isn't about maintaining existing processes. It's about building, challenging and evolving how a business attracts talent, develops leaders and drives performance as it scales.
Your scope:
- Own the People strategy from development through to execution, and build a high-impact function.
- Scale recruitment across engineering, commercial and operational teams.
- Develop performance frameworks that drive accountability and results.
- Partner with the C-suite on organisational design, succession planning and leadership development.
- Build scalable compensation, equity and benefits structures.
- Embed company values and a high-performance culture across the organisation.
- Lead organisational change as the business grows in size, geography and complexity.
- Use people analytics and KPIs to measure organisational health and inform decisions.
- Drive AI adoption across People operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Your background:
- Proven experience at VP, Head of People or equivalent level within a high-growth, venture-backed business.
- Experience scaling organisations through significant growth phases
- A builder mentality, with experience establishing people processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- A data-driven approach to people strategy, performance and organisational development.
- High standards around talent, leadership and accountability; with the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
