We are looking for a Design Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in POD (Prefabricated Bathroom/Kitchen Modules) and Light Gauge Steel (LGS) Systems to join our modular construction team in Dubai. The role involves developing POD and LGS designs, creating BIM/Revit models, preparing shop and fabrication drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in modular construction, POD design, or LGS framing systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of FrameCAD, Vertex BD, Scottsdale, or similar LGS software.
- Strong understanding of structural design, fabrication, and off-site construction methodologies.
