You'll own the relationship for a portfolio of customers across industries and company sizes, from Fortune 1000 accounts to fast-moving startups. That means configuring and tuning the ZeroFox platform for each customer's environment, building reporting that shows what the platform actually caught and stopped, and running the training that gets a customer's team using the platform without you in the room. You'll work closely with Product, Customer Operations, and Services, feeding back what you're hearing across your portfolio so it shapes what gets built next instead of staying stuck in one account. When something breaks, or a customer needs something the platform doesn't do out of the box, you're the person who chases it down, not the person who files a ticket and waits.
