Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty across all touchpoints. The role involves developing customer experience strategies, analyzing customer feedback and behavior, identifying service improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives that create seamless and personalized customer journeys. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality, strengthen customer relationships, and establish consistent customer experience standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong understanding of customer experience, customer journey management, and service quality principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Familiarity with CRM, customer analytics, survey, and experience management tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
