As a Critical Environment Field Service Engineer, you will be accountable for the availability, safety and operational performance of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure inside our leased datacenters, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, within scope and in alignment with Microsoft standards. You will own the relationship with the landlord partners who operate that infrastructure, govern every change that touches the live environment, and support at a regional level for critical environment risk and escalations. The role bridges datacenter operations, engineering, construction, IT and network teams, landlord partners and external vendors, translating business and technical objectives into executable maintenance and risk-mitigation plans.

This role is based at our leased datacenter sites, and you will be able to partner with your manager to define how you work when you are not on site.
