About the Role
We are looking for innovative and business-oriented professionals to join us as Corporate Innovation Managers / Heads.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of corporate innovation, business planning, digital solutions, and new business development, with the ability to transform innovative ideas into viable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate innovation initiatives, strategic planning, and business innovation activities.
- Collaborate with digital and business Lines of Business (LOBs) to develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Business Model Canvases (BMCs) for new innovation products.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative business models.
- Represent us at innovation-related events, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and engagements with relevant authorities.
- Support the development and growth of new business initiatives, from ideation to implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into innovative, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Emerging Technologies, Product Development, Business Development, or a related field.
- 5–12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in corporate innovation, business planning, product development, or new business development.
- Practical knowledge of MVP development, Business Model Canvases, and innovation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and business communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
