About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead and manage the financing of our renewable energy projects globally. The role will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing project finance transactions, managing lender relationships, and overseeing the financial strategy for new and ongoing projects. This is a key position with a significant impact on the growth and financial sustainability of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project financing activities for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS), including debt, equity, and structured finance transactions.
• Structure, negotiate, and close project finance agreements with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee financial modelling, risk analysis, and due diligence for new projects and refinancing opportunities.
• Provide strategic input on capital structure, funding strategy, and investment decisions.
• Manage internal project finance team and coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and financial reporting requirements for financed projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA highly desirable.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project finance, with a strong focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing project finance transactions.
• Deep understanding of debt and equity financing, financial modelling, risk management, and credit analysis.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
