We are looking for an experienced Contracting Manager to strengthen our hotel partnerships and manage competitive accommodation contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- * Negotiate hotel rates, allotments, special offers, and contractual conditions.
- Manage hotel contracting and supplier relationships across Egypt.
- Upload, maintain, and update hotel contracts, rates, and availability in the TMS (Tour Management System).
- Ensure the accuracy of hotel rates, seasons, supplements, and cancellation policies.
- Identify new hotel partners and negotiate competitive commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and sales teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve contracting issues.
Requirements
- * Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel contracting within the tourism industry.
- Proven experience using a TMS or tourism contracting platform.
- Strong hotel negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian hotels and tourism destinations.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
