Who are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a real estate management position – mandatory.
Strong real estate industry knowledge and sales experience.
A proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
A commercially driven mindset with the ability to deliver results.
