- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
üîπ Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the banking sector (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
