We are looking for a passionate and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team in the fashion retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, enhancing employees’ skills and competencies, and supporting our teams in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and programs aligned with retail targets.
- Identify training needs and assess employee development requirements across retail operations.
- Deliver engaging in-person and digital training sessions, workshops, and store-level onboarding.
- Monitor training effectiveness, operational execution, and frontline performance metrics.
- Support the professional growth, coaching, and career development of our retail teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development (minimum 4 years), ideally within fashion retail or commercial multi-brand retail environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to design, adapt, and deliver effective training curricula for diverse retail teams.
- A passion for employee development, elevated guest experiences, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across our stores and regional offices in the MENA and GCC regions.
