*Key Responsibilities:*1. Construction Execution*** Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities including: + Structural fabrication + Fit-up and welding + Assembly and erection of modules/jackets + Outfitting and pre-commissioning activities
*2. Planning & Work Coordination** Coordinate with planning team to execute work as per schedule. * Ensure availability of: + Drawings (latest revisions) + Materials + Manpower and equipment
*3. Productivity & Resource Management** Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization. * Ensure efficient deployment of manpower, tools, and equipment. * Identify and remove bottlenecks affecting progress.
*4. Quality Compliance** Ensure fabrication activities comply with: + Project specifications + Approved WPS/PQR + QA/QC procedures
*5. Safety Management** Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and procedures. * Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. * Ensure safe working practices in all yard activities (lifting, welding, blasting, etc.). * Report and manage incidents and near misses.
