Role Description The Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments, performing internal compliance reviews, and preparing reports for senior management. The Compliance Officer will provide guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements, support investigations of potential breaches, and work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure controls are effective.
