Provide On the Job Training (OJT) and advise Iraqi personnel on the maintenance and repairs of the M1A1SA , M1A2 and M88A1/A2 vehicle systems and sub-systems.
Ability to utilize download equipment to transfer and read data to manage software configuration.
Complete maintenance and administrative forms and other paperwork related to performance of duties.
Ability to review, complete and submit Field Problem Reports in USG system.
Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures and flow diagrams for systems, subsystems and components.
Skilled in computer operation and Microsoft operating systems. (Word, EXCEL and Power-point)
Maintain accountability of special tools, test equipment and property and ensuring proper use of personnel protective equipment as deemed appropriate.
Conduct initial, during and final inspections of M1A1SA, M1A2, M88A1/A2 FOVs, to include subsystems.
Performs other maintenance tasks as required.
Ability to pass a deployment physical.
Ability to be issued/maintain a company issued Credit Card.
Ability to work in temperatures up to 120 Fahrenheit/50 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
Ability to work in a field maintenance environment (85% standing/walking/climbing up and down on tanks and 15% office work).
Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud and must use company provided hearing protection.
Have and maintain valid driver’s license.
Knowledgeable in the proper use of equipment, PPE, and adherence to safety policies.
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast pace working environment.
Must have the ability to be issued/maintain a US Passport.
