Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating mental health services integrated within Haraakah’s corporate wellness and sports programs. This full-time, on-site position in Al Khobar involves conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing evidence-based interventions that align with the company’s focus on physical activity and mental well-being. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with wellness and events teams to create psychologically informed program content, offering clinical supervision and guidance to internal staff as needed, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards. The Clinical Psychologist will also contribute to workshops, psychoeducational sessions, and mental health awareness initiatives for corporate clients, while monitoring outcomes and recommending improvements to support sustainable behavioral change.
