ResponsibilitiesThe Key Accounts team is looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to own and accelerate TikTok's Consumer (CPG/FMCG) business across Morocco and Egypt. The role is based in Dubai.
This is a sales and strategic partnerships role combining direct client ownership with reseller management, covering revenue growth, client investment, and long-term commercial relationships across both markets. You will manage sophisticated brand advertisers directly in Morocco, oversee the reseller partnership in Egypt driving consumer business performance, identify new growth opportunities, expand TikTok's share of wallet, and position TikTok as a core strategic partner for CPG brands in North Africa.
The successful candidate combines strong commercial instincts, deep knowledge of the FMCG/CPG industry, and credibility in digital advertising. You should be equally comfortable negotiating annual investment plans with procurement teams, managing and growing a reseller relationship, identifying incremental budget opportunities, and engaging stakeholders across the client and agency landscape. Public speaking and C-level presence are important.
Success will be measured by revenue growth, share-of-wallet expansion, strategic account penetration, product adoption, reseller performance, and the ability to unlock sustainable incremental investment into TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and commercial strategy for strategic Consumer/CPG clients in Morocco/Egypt, delivering against quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Manage and grow the reseller partnership in Egypt for the consumer business, ensuring strong performance and joint growth planning.
- Develop account plans to unlock incremental budget and new categories, expanding TikTok's share of wallet
- Build relationships from Marketing Manager to CMO level, and lead commercial negotiations — annual planning, joint business plans, incentives — both directly and through the reseller.
- Act as a strategic advisor using deep knowledge of TikTok Ads, measurement and creative solutions, grounding recommendations in clients' business economics and ROI expectations.
- Lead executive business reviews, develop repeatable playbooks, and partner with Client Solutions, Product and Measurement teams to maintain strong pipeline discipline across direct and reseller-managed business.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, business development or commercial account management.
- Proven track record of owning and growing a significant book of business, consistently delivering revenue targets and expanding strategic accounts.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: strong ability to dissect client needs, work with complex data, and translate analytics into compelling marketing narratives
- Communication: due to needs of the North Africa market and clients, this role will require French and Arabic language proficiency alongside English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in CPG (FMCG) or Food & Beverage, with a strong network or deep understanding of how these sectors operate.
- Market Knowledge: deep understanding of the North African (Morocco, Egypt) advertising market, consumer behavior, and the digital competitive landscape
- Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as the owner of the account: spotting opportunities early, mobilizing internal teams and driving them through to commercial impact.
