Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process chocolate according to production recipes and specifications.
- Perform chocolate melting, tempering, molding, filling, and decorating.
- Prepare chocolate fillings, ganache, and various chocolate-based products.
- Operate and maintain chocolate production equipment.
- Ensure product consistency, quality, and proper finishing.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Minimize product waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
