ABOUT THE ROLE
The Chief Finance Officer will shape the financial future of LINKVIVA.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, Board and leadership team, you will protect cash, strengthen governance, improve commercial performance and build the financial infrastructure required to scale.
This is a build-and-run mandate. You will lead Finance and Procurement, strengthen project profitability and cash visibility, transform systems and reporting, and build a consistently diligence-ready finance function.
This is not a CFO role that operates from the sidelines. You will combine strategic judgement with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving, project-led business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Financial Leadership & Commercial Performance
• Own budgeting, financial planning, reporting, monthly close, cash flow, working capital, margins and capital expenditure.
• Partner with commercial and project leaders on pricing, bids, budgets and project profitability.
• Strengthen revenue recognition, billing, collections and payment-term discipline.
• Identify financial underperformance early and drive corrective action with delivery teams.
Insight & Decision Support
• Give leadership clear visibility of revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash, working capital and project performance.
• Establish rolling forecasts and scenario planning with clear triggers for action.
• Build investment, valuation and capital-allocation models to support growth decisions.
Governance & Transformation
• Strengthen financial policies, delegated authority, internal controls and fraud-risk management.
• Own UAE tax, VAT, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Lead ERP and finance transformation across Finance and Procurement, improving data quality, automation and reporting.
Procurement, Treasury & Capital
• Lead Procurement, vendor contracts and cost optimisation.
• Manage treasury, liquidity and banking relationships.
• Advise on capital structure, insurance and major investment decisions.
Investment & M&A Readiness
• Build and maintain a diligence-ready finance function with reliable financials, consistent accounting policies and organised documentation.
• Lead financial data-room preparation, quality-of-earnings readiness, EBITDA normalisation and working-capital analysis.
• Coordinate financial due diligence for future investment or M&A activity.
Team Leadership
• Build, lead and develop high-performing Finance and Procurement teams.
• Assess capability, close gaps and shape the function for future growth.
• Develop future leaders and succession capability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
✓ Recognised accounting qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent.
✓ 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership within a project-led or services business.
✓ Experience preparing a business for M&A, investment, transaction or exit.
✓ Strong expertise across financial planning, reporting, cash management, controls, working capital and procurement.
✓ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, tax, audit and regulatory requirements.
✓ Commercial experience across pricing, project profitability and investment decisions.
✓ Proven experience building and developing finance teams.
✓ Credibility to operate as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, banks and auditors.
YOUR APPLICATION WILL STAND OUT IF YOU:
★ Have experience within events, experiences, MICE or project-based services.
★ Have led an ERP or finance transformation, ideally involving Odoo.
★ Bring treasury, banking or capital-structure experience.
★ Have led Procurement alongside Finance.
★ Have direct M&A, investment or transaction experience.
★ Are fluent in Arabic and English and/or hold an MBA or CFA.
