ROLE PROFILE üéØ
We are hiring a high-caliber Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who bridges strong medical expertise with sharp commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will spearhead growth strategies, scale strategic partnerships, and exercise end-to-end oversight over Medical Approvals & Claims Management operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES üìã
üîπ Commercial Leadership & Growth
• Drive commercial strategy and systematically expand our network of insurance partners and medical providers.
• Cultivate and retain high-value, long-term strategic alliances.
üîπ Medical Approvals & Claims Oversight
• Direct the Medical Approvals framework to streamline operations and ensure rapid turnaround times.
• Optimize Claims Management workflows to reduce rejection rates, prevent revenue leakage, and accelerate collections.
üîπ Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and elevate the commercial and medical operations teams.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to hit revenue and operational targets.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS üéì
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBBS / MD is strictly required).
• Experience: 8–10+ years in Medical Insurance or Healthcare Management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior executive/commercial role.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced hands-on mastery of Claims Processing, Medical Approvals, and Healthcare Pricing Structures.
• Core Skills:
• Executive-level negotiation, deal-closing, and strategic communication.
• Deep analytical skills in medical-financial auditing and process optimization.
• Extensive network within the Egyptian medical insurance ecosystem (TPAs, Insurers, Providers).
