Job Description:
Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
Build and establish the company’s financial and industrial costing system.
Prepare trial balances and opening balances for raw materials, finished goods, and production lines.
Lead the financial side of the upcoming Odoo ERP implementation and data migration.
Prepare management reports, including Cash Flow Forecasts, Annual Budgets, Sales Analysis, Bank Positions, and Payables/Aging Reports.
Monitor inventory, costing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
8–12 years of accounting experience.
Strong experience in cost accounting and inventory management.
Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems; Odoo is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
