We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for the Department of Operative and Surgical Services at Womack Army Medical Center, Ft. Bragg, NC. The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, including preoperative evaluations, general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, as well as airway management, anesthesia recovery, pain management, and post-operative care.
Minimum Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Master’s degree in nursing from a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on
Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification through the National Board of
Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Current, unrestricted state nursing/anesthesia licensure; license portability does not apply.
Minimum of 4 years of experience providing general and regional anesthesia to patients of all ages and across a variety of procedures, including major vascular, neurosurgical, and thoracic procedures.
· No equivalency determination may be requested in lieu of the required education.
