Role Description
We’re looking for friendly, reliable university students or fresh graduates to join our team as Cashiers. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain practical experience in customer service and daily operations within a lively family entertainment environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Amman. Applicants currently studying must be able to commit to the required shifts alongside their university schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and answer questions about activities, packages, pricing, and promotions.

Process admission tickets, game cards, and package purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and provide correct change.

Check game card and package balances and assist with related inquiries.

Reconcile transactions and report any payment discrepancies to the supervisor.

Keep the checkout area clean and organized.

Coordinate with the operations team during busy periods and birthday events.

Provide friendly, professional service to children, parents, and caregivers.
Qualifications

University students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
