Salary: AED 6,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Carpenter – Joinery to handle and supervise carpentry and joinery works for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in joinery, team handling, installation, and finishing works
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute carpentry and joinery works at site/workshop.
- Handle and guide a team of carpenters and helpers.
- Read and execute shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Perform accurate measurement, cutting, assembly, and installation.
- Work on doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall panels, custom furniture and other joinery items.
- Ensure quality finishing and accuracy of all carpentry works.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
- Maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards.
- Identify and resolve site/workshop-related carpentry issues.
- Train and guide junior carpenters when required.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in joinery/carpentry.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Proven ability to handle and supervise a team.
- Good knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to understand drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE/Dubai experience will be an advantage.
Salary: AED 6,000/month
