Key Responsibilities:
Design and analysis of telecom structures, including but not limited to:
- Design of practical and cost-effective modifications/retrofits to towers and their foundations
- Design of practical and cost-effective building- and roof mounted mobile telecommunication structures
- Quality control of drawings (4-eye principle)
- Efficiently manage multiple projects and submit deliverables on or before due date.
- Correspond with team members in a clear and professional manner
- Implementing client and company design standards (based on planning guidelines)
- Ensure customers’ expectations are fulfilled & build confidence & trust
- Interrogate & continually improve project processes
- Interest in becoming familiar with a new area of expertise and a strong willingness to learn
Competencies of the role:
The candidate will have experience in and possess the following:
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Good Revit skills
- Excellent skills in using AutoCAD LISP Routines
- Good Microsoft office suite skills
- Skills about RF or Electrical detailing
- Skills about Wireless solutions engineering
- Skills about in civil structures of buildings
- Excellent knowledge of mobile telecom design
- Ability to priorities tasks & work to tight deadlines
- Professional, positive & organized problem-solving approach
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree or graduate engineer (electrical, civil, or mechanical), or expert CAD designer
- Proven experience in the telecoms industry as a designer
- Good written and spoken English required
