Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across the MENA region. The specialist conducts market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and uses these insights to support sales strategies and solution positioning. Daily activities include preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal technical and sales teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and providing consistent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
