Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that support the growth of World of Creativity and Arts. This full-time, on-site role based in Sohar involves building and maintaining relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders, as well as exploring collaborations with schools, institutions, and community organizations. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and tracking performance against targets. The Business Development Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives, and provide regular reporting on business development activities. The role also includes researching market trends, attending relevant events, and representing the organization in a professional and engaging manner.
