THE ROLE
You will find, develop and close residential fit-out and renovation projects. This is not a role where you wait for company enquiries. You build your own pipeline and bring in new business. The more projects you close, the more you earn.
YOUR SALES CYCLE
Lead ‚Üí Contact ‚Üí Qualification ‚Üí Site Visit ‚Üí Quotation ‚Üí Follow-Up ‚Üí Negotiation ‚Üí Closing
PROJECTS YOU'LL TARGET
- Villa and apartment renovations
- Residential fit-out and refurbishment
- Civil and MEP modifications
- Flooring and waterproofing works
- Commercial projects are welcome, but residential is the main focus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate your own leads through outbound calls, networking and referrals
- Build relationships with villa owners, property owners, agents and consultants
- Qualify leads and understand basic client requirements
- Arrange site visits and coordinate with our technical team on quotations
- Follow up, negotiate and close projects
- Manage and track your pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- Keep strong client relationships for repeat and referral work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven ability to generate your own leads and close deals
- Confident approaching new clients
- Valid UAE Driving Licence
- UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, construction, interiors or maintenance is an advantage
- An existing residential client, agent or referral network is a strong advantage
