Position: Business Development Executive – ELV / AV & IT

Salary: AED 9,000 – 12,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in the ELV, Audio-Visual (AV), and IT solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic client relationships, managing sales opportunities, and achieving assigned revenue targets.
The ideal candidate must have an established network of clients and industry contacts within the UAE AV, ELV, and IT sectors – MANDATORY, along with a proven track record of converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE in the AV, ELV, and IT sectors.
- Generate leads and develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and direct business development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, facility management companies, end users and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell ELV, AV and IT solutions based on client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Develop business for solutions including:
1. CCTV & Surveillance Systems
2. Access Control Systems
3. Structured Cabling
4. Audio-Visual Systems
5. Video Conferencing
6. Public Address / Background Music
7. Networking & IT Infrastructure
8. ELV and related technology solutions
Client & Project Management
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders and proposals through to successful closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with technical, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate solutions, costing, and smooth project execution.
- Provide the technical team with clear information regarding client requirements and project specifications.
- Follow up on project opportunities and ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
Market Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new sectors, clients and project opportunities.
- Maintain strong awareness of developments in the UAE ELV, AV and IT market.
- Identify opportunities for introducing new products and solutions.
Reporting
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM/database.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and business development reports.
- Track leads, enquiries, quotations, conversions, and sales performance.
- Provide management with regular updates on market opportunities and business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of proven Business Development/Sales experience in the ELV, AV and/or IT industry.
- Strong existing UAE client network in the AV, ELV & IT sector – MANDATORY.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong technical understanding of ELV/AV/IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-management abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence – MANDATORY.
- Ability to conduct independent client visits and develop business across the UAE.
- Strong commercial awareness and a target-oriented approach.
