About MYND Academy
MYND Academy is a business coaching program for coaches, consultants and service providers who want to build a scalable online business. We work with clients across Lebanon and the GCC. Our program covers personal brand, offer design, content systems, funnels and sales.
The role
We are hiring a Business Consultant to guide a group of about 50 students through the program. You will run group sessions, review students' work, and help each one build and sell their offer online.
What you will do

Lead weekly group coaching sessions

Review students' offers, content and funnels, and give clear feedback

Track each student's progress and follow up on those who are stuck

Work with the team (operations, setters, content) to keep students on track

Help identify students who are ready for the next level of support
What we are looking for

Real experience building or growing an online business, or selling online

Strong knowledge of personal branding, content, funnels and sales

Experience coaching, training or teaching groups

Clear communication in Arabic and English (French is a plus)

Organised, reliable, and consistent in follow-up
