while strengthening long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in Xerox and printing solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments within the printing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and key accounts.
- Oversee client negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing escalations and maintaining service quality standards.
- Support the team in closing high-value deals and complex sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on Xerox technologies, printing solutions, and industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior role, preferably in printing, Xerox solutions, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales management principles, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English required.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
