Role Description The Baker role at Divine Hospitality is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Baker will prepare, mix, and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, cookies, and other bakery items, in line with the company’s quality and presentation standards. Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following food safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborating with kitchen and service teams to support menu execution and special events. The Baker will also assist in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings that complement the brand’s premium dining experience.
Qualifications
- * Strong practical skills in bakery operations, including Bakery and Baking techniques.
- Hands-on experience in Food Preparation with a focus on dough handling, mixing, and baking processes.
- Ability to produce and refine specific baked items such as Cookies and Bread to consistent quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Prior experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
