* Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
* Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium.
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot test automation environments and frameworks.
* Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable automation frameworks.
* Define and implement effective test automation strategies, approaches, and execution plans.
* Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across project releases.
* Execute automated regression and functional test suites and analyze test results.
* Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, methodologies, tools, and automation coverage.
* Provide regular and accurate status updates, reports, and testing insights.
* Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot defects across Web, API, Mobile, and related application components.
+ Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in automation software testing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as TestNG and TDD/BDD-based frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and API automation.
- Working knowledge of defect tracking, test management tools (Azure DevOps preferred) and git operations.
- Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, System, UAT, and Database Testing.
- Experience in database/SQL validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Performance and Stress Testing; JMeter experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
