We are seeking a Architectural Engineer to lead design integrity, technical coordination, and architectural execution for major high-rise tower projects across the UAE. You will be directly responsible for architectural design governance, consultant management, BIM model integration, regulatory approvals, and driving design resolution from schematic concept through detailed documentation, construction supervision, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution & Technical Governance: Manage ongoing architectural resolution, constructability reviews, facade detailing, interior layout coordination, and high-rise architectural-MEP integration.
- Coordination & BIM Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary spatial coordination with structural and MEP engineers, oversee BIM/Revit clash detection, and maintain design accuracy in complex high-rise models.
- Consultant & Subcontractor Management: Direct architectural sub-consultants, specialist facade contractors, and interior fit-out trades to ensure strict alignment with design intent, specifications, and project milestones.
Requirements
- Experience: 12+ years of architectural design and project delivery experience, with a proven track record leading major high-rise commercial or residential towers in the UAE or GCC.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of high-rise architectural design methodologies, complex unitized curtain wall systems, interior spatial planning, building codes, and local authority approval processes.
- Education: B.Sc. or Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
