Job Title: Architectural Engineer – Engineering Consultancy Office
We are looking for a qualified Architectural Engineer with extensive experience to enhance our engineering consultancy office in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should have expertise in architectural design, preparation of engineering drawings, and interaction with governmental entities to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications according to established standards.
- Review designs and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and relevant authorities.
- Submit drawings and follow procedures for approvals and issuance of building permits.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers.
- Utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Monitor technical observations issued by governmental entities and address them accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction.
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy offices within the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Good knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building permits.
- Ability to create architectural design programs and prepare drawings.
- Ability to interact with governmental entities and follow up on approvals.
- Preferred to be registered with relevant professional bodies in Abu Dhabi.
Work Location: Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates.
