Architect / Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
We are hiring an Architect with strong Quantity Surveying experience to join our team. You will handle BOQs, technical submittals, and AutoCAD 2D drawings, and support commercial and tender activities for building materials and finishing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost comparisons
- Prepare technical submittals: data sheets, specifications, catalogues, certificates, and compliance documents
- Produce AutoCAD 2D drawings, product layouts, and technical presentations
- Review architectural and MEP/plumbing drawings to identify quantities and product requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and sales teams
- Support quotations, tenders, material approvals, and product selection
- Ensure products comply with project specifications and consultant requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (mandatory)
- 5-8 years' experience in building materials, fit-out, or construction
- Strong BOQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimation skills
- Proven experience with technical submittals and material approvals
- Excellent AutoCAD 2D and MS Excel skills
- Good knowledge of building materials, fixtures, and finishing products
- Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail
Preferred: Architect with hands on building materials experience who can independently manage BOQs, submittals, drawings, and commercial support.
