Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time Interior Designer / Architect to join our team on-site in Dubai, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
You’ll bring a strong design point of view, a portfolio with personality and the technical skills to turn ideas into buildable spaces. Working from first sketch to site, you’ll develop concepts, prepare detailed drawings, select materials and coordinate with the people bringing your designs to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing concepts, space plans, mood boards and client presentations.
• Preparing technical drawings, interior elevations, joinery details and 3D models.
• Selecting materials, finishes, furniture and lighting that suit the design and budget.
• Coordinating with site teams, contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Visiting sites, checking progress and resolving details during execution.
• Supporting authority submissions and incorporating relevant UAE requirements.
• Managing design revisions, deadlines and project documentation.
• Using AI tools within the design workflow to explore concepts, develop visuals and improve presentations while maintaining design accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior or architectural design.
• A strong portfolio showing creative thinking, spatial understanding and technical detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, Revit or equivalent modelling software, alongside relevant rendering and presentation tools.
• Confidence preparing clear, accurate drawings that site teams can build from.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the judgment to refine and verify their output.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, joinery and construction methods.
• Familiarity with Dubai/UAE fit-out requirements and approval processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills.
• A practical approach to problem-solving, attention to detail and ownership from concept to completion.
