About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Application Senior Supervisor to lead software development projects, supervise technical teams, and drive modern tech solutions including AI/LLM integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software development projects from planning through production release.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure software architecture.
- Supervise, mentor, and elevate the technical capabilities of the development team.
- Oversee hands-on AI/LLM integration into core software products.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to map business goals into technical deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of overall software development experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership, technical lead, or supervisory role.
- Deep hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Solid exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular).
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern architectural patterns.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
