We're Hiring | Application Engineer
Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
PENTA 3D is seeking a motivated, technically curious Application Engineer to join our team and work with industry-leading technologies from Siemens, FARO, and Creaform. This role offers hands-on experience in CAD, 3D scanning, and dimensional inspection, along with exposure to presales, aftersales, and technical services.
Key Responsibilities
• Support presales activities, including technical demonstrations and customer presentations
• Deliver aftersales support, including software installation, configuration, and customer training
• Perform 3D scanning and dimensional inspection using FARO and Creaform solutions
• Apply CAD software for 3D modeling, design modification, and engineering applications
• Take part in on-site measurement, inspection, and technical service projects
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and deliver the right engineering solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply
• Solid understanding of CAD software and 3D modeling
• Basic knowledge of metrology, dimensional inspection, and measurement principles
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Additional Advantages
• Experience with FARO or Creaform 3D scanning and measurement solutions
• Knowledge of Reverse Engineering
• Familiarity with CAM software and manufacturing processes
